Can we book the entire resort exclusively for our team?
Yes. A full-property buyout is available for groups who want the entire resort to themselves. We close the gates to the public upon your arrival and reopen them after your departure, so the resort is exclusively yours throughout your stay. Buyouts begin at $19,500 per night, based on reserving 30 lodging units, and include catering, single-occupancy lodging, staffing, planning fees, and taxes. Minimums and blackout dates apply. Ask your Event Coordinator about availability for your preferred dates.
Is alcohol included in the package price?
Alcohol isn’t included in the base package, but we offer a variety of customizable beverage packages designed to match your team’s preferences and budget.
How far in advance should we book?
Most corporate retreats are booked 4 to 9 months in advance. If your event is on a shorter timeline, contact us—we’re often able to accommodate last-minute opportunities based on availability.
Can we adjust our guest count after booking?
Yes. Guest counts may be adjusted by up to 10% until 90 days before your event, giving your organization flexibility as plans evolve.

Your dedicated Sales Consultant will work with you to create one comprehensive proposal that includes lodging, meeting spaces, catering, beverage packages, transportation, activities, and pricing. After booking, you’ll be paired with an Event Coordinator who oversees every detail through your arrival and departure.
What if someone on our team has dietary restrictions?
We’ve got it covered. Our culinary team regularly accommodates dietary restrictions, allergies, and lifestyle preferences. Simply let your Event Coordinator know, and we’ll incorporate those needs into your event plan.
What happens if it rains?
Texas weather can be unpredictable, so we build weather contingency plans into every event. Outdoor spaces like Tree Grove and Sky Terrace always have a covered or indoor backup planned from the beginning.
