The Event Hall, Sky Terrace, Tree Grove & Overlook

Our goal is to ensure a streamlined process when organizing your event so that you can rest assured all of the details are executed properly. When you book with us, you will have access to multiple spaces for your retreat, meeting or celebration to accommodate the needs of your event. This space is ideal for Private Events, Corporate Retreats, Workshops, Presentations, Parties, Mixers and Evening Gatherings up to 175 guests. All inclusive Corporate Packages are available.

Event Space Highlights:

  • The Event Hall accommodates up to 99 guests
  • The Sky Terrace is open air & accommodates up to 175 guests. Located on the second level of the Event Hall.
  • The Tree Grove accommodates up to 200 guests. Set under festoon lights adjacent to the Event Hall. Ideal for outdoor, nature inspired dinners.
  • The Overlook is an outdoor space. Ideal for weddings and activities like yoga or break out sessions.
  • Includes fiber internet, WiFi, AV & Projector with screen
  • All spaces include table & chair set ups

Weekdays start at $1,500 for 4 hours to $3,500 for 7 hours on a weekend

Poolside Social House & Game Room

The Social House is the vibrant centerpiece of the property, located next to both resort style pools. This space is ideal for happy hour events with one of our craft cocktail experts, small group meetings, network hours, team socials, breakout sessions, team building events and casual celebrations.

  • Two spaces known as the Poolside Room & Game Room
  • Adjacent to the Family and Adult pools
  • Texas-sized fire pit for breakout sessions
  • Two Bar areas with comfortable seating

Hourly rates range from $175 to $275 with a 2‑hour minimum

Mavericks Restaurant & The Private Suite

Mavericks is a stunning new addition to the property, offering a versatile restaurant space perfect for dining, meetings, and celebrations. Conveniently located in the same building as the General Store and Private Suite, this restaurant provides a seamless experience for guests. The Private Suite, with a more intimate setting, is ideal for small breakout sessions or can serve as a prep room for larger events.

Mavericks & Private Suite Highlights:

  • Bright, well-lit space with an open, versatile floor plan
  • Table, booth and bar seating for up to 55 guests
  • Fully appointed craft cocktail bar
  • Commercial kitchen with American cuisine
  • Baby grand piano for live music
  • The Private Suite accommodates up to 7 guests
  • Comfortable couch & plush chairs in a relaxed setting
  • Additional seating on the covered patio for 25 guests
