Terms and Conditions
By submitting this reservation you, the tenant, agree that you have read and understand the terms in the rental agreement, authorize the applicable total (including the 6% State Hotel Tax) be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking, as well as any balance due to be charged on the credit card at least 30 days prior to check in. Lastly, Lucky Arrow Retreat has your permission to charge the card on file for any incidentals or damages found, of which you will be notified, no later than 10 days after your reservation date.
Please note: Rates shown do not include tax. A 6% State Hotel Tax is required and will be added to the reservation total upon payment.
Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve a room at Lucky Arrow Retreat.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for a hotel room reservation must be received thirty (30) days prior to arrival. If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received within 30 days of your stay and for any reason, all amounts paid for the reservation will be forfeited or a credit may be offered for a future stay.
If you have tested positive for Covid19 or have been exposed to someone that has tested positive, you may cancel your reservation with a full refund up to 5 days before your stay. If you cancel your reservation less than 5 days before your stay, all amounts paid for the reservation will be forfeited or a credit may be offered for a future stay.
Please note that room rates may change and original room rates are not guaranteed for future stays.
Pet Policy
Dogs & cats are allowed in some of the rental properties with approval prior to arrival. A $150 non-refundable fee per pet, per reservation will be applied to your reservation.
Your occupying the rental property acknowledges that you agree that you shall pay additional charges, as well as all administrative and / or legal charges of collecting these charges, for damages resulting from your pet(s) should they occur.
If it is apparent that you have an unregistered pet staying at the rental property you will be charged the $150.00 Pet Fee or asked to leave with no refunds.
Pets of guests not staying at Lucky Arrow Retreat are not allowed on property.
Wear And Tear Policy
Your occupying the rental property acknowledges that you agree that you shall pay additional charges, should they be incurred, as well as all administrative and / or legal charges of collecting these charges, for damages beyond normal wear and tear, including but not limited to candle wax and/or drinks spilled on bedspreads, furniture, carpets, etc.
Key Policy
Key(s) to your room(s) must be returned at checkout. Failure to do so will result in a charge of $250.00 per key not returned, to be applied to the card on file associated with the room reservation(s) for the key(s) not returned.
Cabin Assignment Policy
Lucky Arrow Retreat reserves the right to assign guests to specific cabins based on availability, need, and other considerations at the time of check-in. Thus specific cabin numbers identified at booking are not guaranteed.
