Pricing for Events at Lucky Arrow Retreat is based on access rather than number of guests. Note: All pricing includes rentals. Details below.
High Season (February — July, September — December)

The above pricing includes a 12 hour block at your full disposal (this includes set-up and tear-down time for your vendors) We will also provide (15) 60-inch round tables, (150) folded chairs for indoor use and (150) folded chairs for outdoor use. Rental upgrades are also available.
Booking an event at Lucky Arrow Retreat requires the following:
- A certified/official Day of Event coordinator who must carry a $1 million general business liability insurance policy
Alcohol or other beverages do not need to be purchased through Lucky Arrow Retreat. However, alcohol must be served by TABC licensed bartenders.
Lucky Arrow Retreat, Your Basecamp for Adventure, is the ideal location for Dripping Springs events. The venue offers thirty-six units with a diverse choice of escapes — ranging from laid-back luxury in stylish yurts to Hill Country relaxation in secluded cabins complete with spas, community pool and fire pits. The maximum overnight occupancy of our lodging is 132 adults using the entirety of the sleeper sofa options.
10 Yurts (Sleeps 2, From $159)
Nestled in the gently whispering woods of the Lucky Arrow Retreat, each of our 10 Yurts is a standalone 200 square foot unit fully furnished with iced Yeti coolers, record players and a plush queen sized bed. Our Yurts are heated and air conditioned, are accessed via a keyed entry door, and include a coffee maker & assorted coffees. The shared luxury Bath House is a short walk away and features heated showers and toilets.
16 Courtyard Cabins (Sleeps 2 – 3, From $199)
Grouped in clusters of four around a communal courtyard and fire pit, each of our 16 Courtyard Cabins is a standalone 364 square foot unit fully furnished with a queen-sized bed and vaulted ceilings. Lucky Arrow Retreat’s Courtyard Cabins include heat and AC, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker & assorted coffees, hairdryer, iron & board, sleeper sofa, a walk-in shower, shared heated spas and pergolas.
5 Porch Houses (Sleeps 2 – 3, From $249)
With covered outdoor seating a plenty, each of our 5 Porch Houses is a standalone 372 square foot unit featuring a queen-sized bed, vaulted ceilings, shared fire pits, heat and AC, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker & assorted coffees, hairdryer, iron & board, sleeper sofa, and a walk-in shower.
4 Breezeway Cabins (Sleeps 2 – 3, From $259)
Based on the classic Southern “dog trot” design where the living space is separated from the sleeping quarters by a spacious porch, each of our 4 Breezeway Cabins is a standalone 395 square foot unit featuring a queen-sized bed and vaulted ceilings. Each secluded Cabin includes includes heat and AC, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker & assorted coffees, hairdryer, iron & board, sleeper sofa, and a walk-in shower.
1 Ranch House (Sleeps 12, From $1000)
Spacious and inviting for larger groups, our Ranch House is a 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home that welcomes you with 2,644 square feet of comfort. Three bedrooms feature queen-sized beds while the fourth room holds two sets of bunk beds. A sleeper sofa in the living area allows for up to twelve guests to sleep comfortably in the Ranch House. The Ranch House includes heat and AC, microwave, gas cook top, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker & assorted coffees, hairdryer, iron & board, sleeper sofa, and two showers and one tub/shower.
Lucky Arrow Retreat offers Hill Country tours in our fleet of vintage Toyota Land Cruiser Troop Carriers to destinations ranging from the myriad wineries in the area to local attractions like Pedernales State Falls. There’s no better way to spend the day than on a Troopy Tour.

Will you hold my date?
Yes! Lucky Arrow Retreat — Dripping Springs offers a 100% refundable deposit within three days of your contract signing.
What is included in the booking fee for Lucky Arrow Retreat — Dripping Springs?
You will have a 12 hour block at your full disposal (this includes set-up and tear-down time for your vendors) We will also provide (15) 60-inch round tables, (150) folded chairs for indoor use and (150) folded chairs for outdoor use. Rental upgrades are also available.
Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes! Please inquire for details.
Can I provide my own alcohol?
Lucky Arrow Retreat — Dripping Springs allows clients to purchase their own alcohol, however we do require that all alcohol to be served by a TABC- certified bartender provided by your caterer or second party with approval by Lucky Arrow Retreat — Dripping Springs.
Do you have a preferred vendor list?
Yes! Great service is important to us, so we offer a Preferred Vendor List. Your Events Team advisor will be able to provide this to you.
What if it rains?
We don’t want rain to ruin your event! We have options for tents in our ceremonial area and the roof top deck. There would be an additional costs for the tent(s).
Do you provide set up of the venue-provided tables and chairs?
No. We provide the table and chairs only. Set up will need to be arranged in advance. Typically, either your rental company or caterer can provide this service.
Can vendors pick up items the next day?
Typically, all rentals and vendor items must be loaded out at the conclusion of your event. If there is not an event scheduled the day after your event, you may have the option to have your vendors pick up at a different time but it must be approved by Lucky Arrow Retreat — Dripping Springs.
